About Peak Exercise Sciences Founded in 2000, Peak Exercise Sciences is a leading service provider of exercise conditioning services, which are divided into three divisions: personal training services, active rehabilitation services, and sport conditioning services. Personal training services are fitness conditioning programs for the general public. Individuals may be healthy, unfit, and or have a particular health challenge such as obesity, risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, etc. Active rehabilitation services are conditioning programs focused on the rehabilitation of one or more particular soft tissue injuries such as low back and knee injuries. Sport Conditioning services are conditioning programs dedicated to the enhancement of sport performance for competitive athletes. Our philosophy is "optimal conditioning for optimal performance," performance not only referring to the athlete's playing field or ice rink, but to everyone's leisure activities and quality of life. Optimal conditioning refers to how your conditioning program is orchestrated - individualized, structured, and progressive based on exercise science, sound training principles, your measured performance and unique goals. That is, your conditioning regime is tailored for you to optimally pursue your life to the fullest, no matter who you are.
