You Have The Skills, But Do You Have The Conditioning? No matter who you are - professional athlete, national team athlete, collegiate athlete, junior athlete, masters athlete, or extreme weekend warrior - you all have the same competitive drive. The drive to reach just a little higher and perform in what athletes call "the zone." That optimal performance is a product of your tactical and strategical knowledge, psychological preparedness, physical conditioning, and nutrition and supplementation regime - all developed maximally. At Peak Exercise Sciences we develop the last two variables of this equation: physical conditioning and nutrition and supplementation consulting.Your conditioning regime begins with a needs analysis, a specific analysis of the physical, physiological, and biomechanical demands of your particular event, sport, and/or position. You are then tested based on these key attributes deemed to significantly influence performance. From there, your conditioning program is developed based upon your competition schedule and the physical attributes targeted for development. You will work closely with a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Nutritional and supplementation recommendations are made as needed. Needs Analysis & Program Design
