- A higher standard of expertise: Not all trainers are created equal. All of Peak Exercise Science's professionals hold an exercise science degree in addition to being either a registered kinesiologist, certified exercise physiologist, or certified strength and conditioning specialist. Many trainers do not come close to this level of education. Before you hire any trainer, it is VITAL you read How To Select A Personal Trainer. A trainer with no exercise science degree and only a cereal box certification is not good enough for us, and shouldn't be for you.
